CHARGES

Kindly note that on your credit card statement, Give the Cold Shoulder charges will appear as "GTCShoulder" (if you pay via Paypal) and "GTColdShoulder" (if you pay using a credit card).

 

RETURNS

  • Returns due to incorrect address: If your parcel is returned to Give the Cold Shoulder due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost to the correct address (whereby we will send you a proof of payment for the cost of shipping the first time). 

You may change your delivery address at any time by sending us an email at wegotyou@givethecoldshoulder.com with the subject title “Change of Delivery Address - and we will send you a confirmation email once we have made the update.

Delivery addresses need to be updated by the last day of the previous month in order to be reflected in the following month’s shipping.

If you fail to provide us the correct address after we have notified you on the failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will hold your returned parcel for 60 days from your order date before we donate it to some pretty fairy wandering around our office. 

  • Returns if your cold shoulder item does not fit: We are happy to send another suitable replacement for you. Do email us at wegotyou@givethecoldshoulder.com and let us know if it is too small or too big and reconfirm where to mail the non-fitting cold shoulder clothing to. The non-fitting cold shoulder item must be received by us within 60 days of your order date.

Upon receipt of the non-fitting cold shoulder clothing, we will send out your replacement and shipping will be free of charge for the first replacement. 

If the replacement still does not fit, you may choose to 
1)    Return it to us at your own cost and we will send another suitable replacement (kindly note though that if the first replacement does not fit, most likely the others will not as well) but we will bill you for the second replacement shipping charge. 
2)    Cancel your remaining undelivered months of your subscription but kindly note that this is only applicable for your 4th month onwards as the first 3 months cannot be cancelled. Kindly refer to our cancellation policy for more information.

  • We do not accept returns of any products that have been worn, washed or stained. This is at our sole discretion and we promise that we will act in good faith

  • We do not accept returns for unworn cold shoulder items just because that month’s design is “not you”. The whole concept of Give the Cold Shoulder is that it is a surprise and a fun selection Every. Single. Month! You should give it away to a friend (or frenemy) as a gift and tell them just how awesome we are!

 

REFUNDS

  • We do not refund the cost of the first 3 months of your subscription. However, we can issue refunds for undelivered months remaining on your subscription.

  • Charges incurred for your refund will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • We cannot refund the cost of cold shoulder items that have already shipped.

  • We do not refund the cost of your cold shoulder item (and accessory, if applicable) that you have received because you simply do not like it.

  • The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account or credit card will vary.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • First 3 months of each subscription cannot be cancelled but undelivered remaining months of your subscription can be cancelled before the last day of the current month.

Send us an email at wegotyou@givethecoldshoulder.com and let us know that you wish to cancel the subscription. Please include your order number, name, subscription type (how many months), and the address where you receive your cold shoulder parcels so that we can be sure to only cancel the intended address’ subscription and not other subscription(s) that you may have purchased for your family and/or friends.

  • We must receive your cancellation email latest by the last day of the current month to cancel your subscription for the following month. If we receive your cancellation after the last day of the current month, we will continue to send you the following month’s parcel and your subscription will be cancelled the month after.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship internationally to almost every country and a tracking number is provided once your parcel has been handed over to the courier company.

  • For international shipping, kindly note that your parcel may take up to four weeks to arrive. We process your order within 1-2 working days but once your parcel has been handed over to the courier service, its fate is in the hands of the courier service.

  • You will be responsible for the charges incurred by you at the posted prices. You will be responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes in your country.

  • Our shipping charge is subject to change at any time without further notice to you.
